Staunton Books and Tea stands out amongst the cozy shops of downtown Staunton by providing a unique combination of hand-selected books, both new and old, exotic tea leaves, and novelty merchandise, all at a very reasonable price. Excellent staff are knowledgeable and ready to help with any questions you may have. I can’t recommend this store enough.

My wife and I love this bookstore so much, it was one of the (many) reasons we moved to Staunton earlier this year. The carefully curated selection of books - fiction, classics, non-fiction, poetry - is displayed in a way that makes browsing easy and piques curiosity. Almost every time I walk in, I fall in love with something and take it home. The tea selection is delicious and unique. They've deepened my teamaking journey, even offering classes around tea. Finally, this shop creates community: readings, International Book Club, celebratory gatherings - it's where book lovers come to connect. The staff is warm and welcoming, and the vibe is just so inviting. There are many wonderful bookstores here, but Staunton Books & Tea is my favorite.

This business has a great selection of books, tea, tea accoutrements, and snacks. There's space to read, sit, chat, and enjoy the snacks. Great place to bring a friend and discuss literature. The vibe is extremely welcoming too. Staff were friendly and the business was spotlessly clean. Definitely a place to see during a visit to Staunton!

My wife and I were enchanted by the cozy feeling, the friendly staff, and the tea flight! We loved trying the different teas. The pastries were delicious and the store was full of excellent books. During a slow moment, we chatted with the staff and had a great time. Everyone was kind, personable, and welcoming. I left with three new additions to my TBR stack and a new tea! My wife and I could have hung out there all afternoon.
